US$250K!!!! SOOOOOOO cheap! My jaw almost dropped when I saw the price. The real estate agent promptly remarked -- you are from California, right? Anyhow, to summarize the rest of my activities in Houston -- food, food, food, and more food.... oh yeah, and more food, sorry too busy eating to take pics.
