Haha, I know what you mean by LA drivers in the rain. Hmm, both sunshine and rain are good -- maybe 70/30 split? I think people are more introspective when it's cloudy and rainy and overcast... though I mostly waste my brain cells thinking random, useless thoughts, hehe.
