As you can see, it's already a busy morning here in Istanbul. The famous Blue Mosque (now a museum) is in the background... I am on the Europe side, and right across is Asia, isn't it cool, I am in Europe and I am in Asia, kekeke...

Try the börek, try the kofte, try the guli corbasi, try the baklava...ARRGH! Now I am hungry.
There's only two things you need to try: a street doner (I prefer lamb) and a grilled fresh fish on the Asia side. With those two iconic items, you've hit the Turkish equivalent of the American hamburger and fine aged steak.
