Cold Korean noodles come to mind whenever the temperature reaches near triple digits... and Yu Chun has the best imo. Look at all the food we got, mmm, yummy. The broth was chilled, light, slightly sweet, slightly sour, delightful. And those enormous Kimchee dumplings! So good. Later, I went for yoga for the first time in my life... didn't know I was that flexible, I did like a triple pretzel... must be the Chinese acrobat gene in me.
