Katsuya

We took guests from Iceland and San Francisco to Katsuya in Brentwood... the food was fine, but nothing beats interesting conversation with good people...it was such a fun evening. Hope you guys have a safe trip home!

Joe Brooks at The Mint

British internet singing sensation Joe Brooks was at The Mint and he totally blew us away with his incredible vocals and terrific songs! He was so good, I kept looking at his lips -- is he lip syncing?

Me and Joe... He seemed really friendly and easy going... good luck Joe!

Wow, so beautiful! Who would've known something this tranquil would be so close to LA.

The creek was so clear! But did not spot any tadpoles or little fishies swimming in there...

Weeeee! Btw, that's a baby pomogrenate tree behind me, arrgh, always misspell pomograte-whatever it is called... k, google comes to the rescue... Now, let's do it all over again, that's a baby P-O-M-E-G-R-A-N-A-T-E tree behind me. Hope to eat lots of pomegranates soon!

Into the Woods...

After getting tipsy at Imagery Winery... we took a wrong turn and stumbled upon the haunted woods... woooooo, scary... here my friends are escaping from the jaws of a carnivorous tree!

Phew, after evil blogger forced me off line for a month, my friend J finally came to the rescue.  Yay, I can post blogs again :-) See the pic below, that's how sad I've been this past month, not having my little blog to pour my heart out to ;-( But now, things are sort of back to normal (for some reason, comments for previous posts are all gone, and sometimes photos do not upload properly, sad sad). But all in all, so happy to have my blog back :-)
