J is moving to Texas soon, met up with her at my favorite Asian Food Plaza to say goodbye... We went to Chef Hung's Noodle House. I got beef noodle soup with a tomato soup base. Totally reminded me of northern Chinese style noodle soup.

Misleading advertising -- thought I'd get this enormous bowl of noodles...
